I consent to the use of online learning platforms, tools, and digital resources during tutoring sessions.

I understand that I will need to create accounts or participate in these platforms.

I consent to lessons being recorded for quality assurance, review, or safeguarding purposes.

I understand these lesson recordings will be stored securely and not shared externally without written permission.

I give permission for anonymised student work, feedback/testimonials, or lesson screenshots to be used for promotional or educational purposes (e.g., website, brochures, social media).

I understand that photos or media will not include identifying details without express consent.

I understand that the tutor operates under safeguarding policies and procedures, and that any concerns regarding student wellbeing may be referred to appropriate safeguarding authorities if necessary.

I agree to the secure storage and processing of personal data provided in this form for the purpose of delivering educational services, in accordance with data protection laws (e.g., UK GDPR).

I understand and agree to a one-time onboarding and setup fee of £15.00, payable upon confirmation of services.

I acknowledge that a late payment fee of £8.00 may be applied to any overdue invoices and that sessions will not go ahead until outstanding payments are cleared.

I accept that an additional charge of £5.00 per session may apply for bookings scheduled on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
